  • Returned in original packaging

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear photos so we can review the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not offered.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product following the return process above and place a new order.
